My advice to you if you do get to the site is to drive straight past the road whch leads to the commercial center (on the left as you enter through the long winding entry road) as the portacabin where the guard sits is down that road on the right, or that's where it was in March when he kicked us off!!

If you carry on down to the far end of the development to M11 area you may get a good look round on foot before he sees you.

Hi, I am a bit concerned about the fact that we can't get on the site.  Am I reading these messages correct?  What about Phase II.  What about the sales hut and the show houses?  Can't we just go on with the pretence of looking for a property?

How can they refuse us entry to the site. Is it because of health and safety that all the roads etc on Phase I are now under construction.  I am wondering if it is something more sinister if that is the case.

Surely they must be selling more houses on Phase II they can't all possibly be sold.

Any ideas.  I have just emailed Atlas and asked a few questions also asking what position we are in if we pull out. I am sure we could go anywhere at the moment and buy a house that is ready to move into.

If you go with an Agent, no problem. Or do as Nigel and Stella said, no problem. Best time to wander around is Siesta time- no one to bother you.

Masa claim that it is an Insurance issue whilst the roads are still unmade, open manholes and various builders still on site.

Hi All,

I have been out to SG on eight occasions every time with vender, the last time being the beginning of this month.Visited my own house to see if any progress(we can live and hope) and also collected the keys for the showhouse with all the extras added by Abril 28(the Albatross on M16).Did not have a problem but will agree that there are a lot of manhole covers not fitted and you could seriously damage your car or yourself if landing in them.Now living in Spain at Playa Honda area so visits will be easier but what is there to see that will not depress me.Spoke with our vender and he was telling me that he has heard that they are putting a bank,Masa office and a cafe/bar in the commercial area.Look forward to meeting you all in the very near future!!!!!
