Can anyone who is already moved in or has visited recently update on whether phase 2 has started yet.

Are there any more new buyers of phase 2 on the forum yet?

Al,

We returned last week, and phase 2 has not started yet, other than the whole area is fenced off. The footpath from the village to the school is still open across the area, though.
