Please help the -

Hi all

Received a letter today from AIB technical in Torrevieja offering to fit grills, security, air conditioning etc.

I did not ask for this contact however they know which number apartment we are buying and my UK address.

They congraulate me on buying my new Iberian International property in Spain, but we did not buy our apartment from Iberian!

I don't like unsolicitored mail, and I DO NOT LIKE THE IDEA THAT THEY KNOW MY BUSINESS.

Anyone know anything about these cowboys?

AIB Technical are associated with Iberian International.   I can only assume that because the builders are 'well in' with Iberian that they may have passed on your details to Iberian.  Not sure if Data Protection is as big in Spain as it is in UK.

On your contract - is there a name of David Sempre, as there is on our contract?    This person is also a senior manager ,(according to correspondence we have received from Iberian), of Iberian International.

Iberian, Atlas and Masa are the main agents for the developement. 

I personally, would not use AIB.   Far too expensive, read negative reports on this site somewhere.
