anyone buying on R19?

                                     Hello everyone,

                                                                 We are buying an Amapola on R19 plot no. 288 which is due for completion Dec. 2009.

                                                                 Anyone else in that area please reply so we can exchange ideas, worries etc.

Hi Ray & Nadine,

We have a Rosita on R19, PLot 62, at the opposite end to you, very near R20.

It is now 12 months since we reserved, march 2009 is our completion, so we still have a long wait, when did you reserve your plot ?

There are others who have also bought on the same area, plots 36,54,56

We currently live in Berkshire, how about yourselves ?

We have aquired lots of information over the last 12 months, if you need anything just ask, if we can help we will.

                                                                                                     Thanks for replying to my message. We have just returned from Spain where we signed for our P.O.A. We also went to the SJ office in Torrevieja and spoke to Pilar who was most helpful and gave us a lot of info. about the project and extras for our villa. In answer to your questions, we reserved our property in Feb. 2007 with Ambasun during an inspection trip. Pilar has told us that our plot no. is now 480, so i do not know where we are in relation to you. Perhaps you do. We live in Kent and i am a member at Sittingbourne G.C. We intend to retire to Spain when our villa is built, or maybe to rent there earlier if possible. Are any of you golfers and are you going to live or holiday there?

we hope to move to spain in 2009-2010 hopefully to start a new buisness and enjoy life at a slower pace i am a keen golfer and i hope the courses are as good as they make them out to be, it will be nice if there are other courses near by to play as well ,we are going to jumilla in august to see the progress and find out more info  about the place , i hope they keep there promises and build the place to what they planned if they do it will be a great place.

I cannot find plot 480 on my site plan the numbers only go up to 464.

Have you actually moved plots, or have they renumbered & changed the layout ?

There are three different areas to R19,

Area One, bordering the golf course which is two villas deep, we are in this area ,as are Ged & Sandra.

Area Two, the bottom end , nearer the main road, which is wholly reserved for Smart Investor & has different styles of houses,

Area Three, is the centre area which also contains the swimming pool.

If you have an up to date site plan, maybe you could send me a copy, or I can send you what I have if you think it may be useful.

I play golf but Julie does not, we do not intend to live there full time, we hope to have many holidays though.

Looks like our completion date may be later than stated on our contract, if you have been told late 2009.
