Hi there, my name is Sue, new to this site and overseas investment. I have reserved a Malva plot 132, through Smart Investor Services in UK. Not visiting the site yet.
With some 40 golf developments in Jumilla, and all this delay from SJ, I have a second thought to go ahead with it. Is there anyone who bought Malva or intend to buy, can give me some more information. Many thanks.

Welcome to the Forum.....great bunch on here.
You are one of the 'chosen ones'......the Malva being designed and built specifically for S.I.S. There are a few buyers on here with those properties and they look really good, great organisation to buy through as well, have hefty back office support to secure your investment.
Interesting comment regarding the 40 golf complex's though...can I ask after where that info came from??

Hi Darren,
When I presented this to the sales team in Smart Investor Services, I was assured how unique the development in Jumilla is, but then again they are the representative of the builder, now I found out the weather is not as nice as expected.
What does S.I.S. mean by the way?

There are definately loads of plans for golf courses, whether they happen is another question, predominently due to water and irrigation restrictions. All these Developers apply for the land, only a proportion actually come off, some say the Jumilla urbanisation will only have 1 course constructed instead of the two planned....all about going for broke, maximise the request and then get knocked down to a satisfactory proposition, which tends to be somewhat less that we have been lead to believe. But that's the construction industry for you.
The weather, nothing any of us can do about that, my thoughts, a couple of months of coldish weather is nothing in comparison to the warm spring and hot summers...he says tongue in cheek as it's pee-ing it down up here in Lytham St Annes.

Hi Sue
We have recently brought a Malva. Found SIS very helpful. As we understand it, rather than being a representative of SJ, they have sole selling rights to a specific section within R19. The Malvas, we believe will be the only semi-detached villas on the complex, designed to their own specification, which originally was 3 bed, two bath. However the build size has now been increased and they will now be built with three purpose built bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Having looked at many options, we felt these were the best value for money.
