From what I understand there is a problem with the water mains, the road needs new tarmac around the development and the local council are not happy with the front of the development??

The road I feel is not such an issue, once the temperature drops in Duquesa I am sure they will tarmac the road, realistically that may not be until Sept/Oct. The land at the front I imagine they mean by the police station again can be easily sorted, so again I am not too worried.
However, the water mains/ plumbing problem is sending off a little warning bell inside. If this is not corrected appropriately it could have serious consequences. I can only assume that when it was tested the pressure may have been inadequate (only guessing guys). There are approx 400 apartments the plumbing needs to be working correctly or we could have problems for an eternity. Lets face it we want to be able to shower on demand and we don't want to be swimming in excrement.
Maybe we should all collectively inform our solicitors today, that we are aware of the plumbing issue. Firstly we need a response from the developer but more important if this is not forthcoming we could all collectively threaten cancellation that may prompt the response we require??
Maybe we could all have the same email sent to all solicitors (Alan this may be something that you could put together for us??) and see what response we all receive. If we speak to EOS we could arrange a closed forum for only prospective buyers so we can talk more freely amongst ourselves?? As presently anyone can read what is posted here.

Firstly Casoir, Thank you for informing us and we can understand what you are trying to say to us. Have you purchased on Arenal Duquesa?
The pipe work can be repaired but it is groundwork and groundwork in Spain like the UK is expensive. Do you know where on the development the pipe work has been damaged? As this will now need to be dug up and renewed and then the area put back together. The measurements you gave me cover a big area. This will certainly cause a longer delay.

It is not true that this Arenal waiting for license. they know perfectly that the tecnical report is negative. for the topic of the water and for the ways of entry to the urbanizacion, in this tidy (fixed) all that the Town hall license tomorrow

Just caught up with what is being posted here. Well didn't we start to suspect that there may be something other than the road holding things up? So as I understand it, a water pipe has been fractured on phases 4/5 and this along with clearing the land at the front of the development is causing the delay? Well it could be expensive for the developer to dig down and repair but what is the alternative? They won't get the license of first occupation until they do. Could the hold up now be they are claiming on insurance? This is impossible, so much aggrevation and not a word from the solicitors. It will be August soon and nobody will be contactable and nothing will happen for another month. The will to live is slipping away.

Serious important to know if estan being employed someone at the zone repairing the channeling of the water and witdrawing the rubbles ( Topographers, bricklayers,etc) but it is nobody is a bad (wrong) sign.
I no wadays do not live in Manilva this who in the zone that reports

Lo siento no tengo tiempo de traducir. Hace alrededor de 45 dias hubo una reunión entre la constructora, Caja Sur, el Ayuntamiento de Manilva y ¿ Algunos abogados? en esa reunion la tecnico municipal reitero a la constructora que no habria licencia de 1º ocupación hasta que no repararan las averias pendientes, entre ellas logicamente la canalizacion del agua desde entonces la constructora no ha mandado a trabajar a nadie. Que yo sepa la urbanización por dentro esta perfecta y cuando tengamos la licencia sera una de las mejores urbanizaciones por su buena terminacion segun palabras de los entendidos en construccion. Yo he recibido una carta de PrieneSur diciendo que ellos se hacen cargo de todo pero mientras no haya trabajadores !FALSEDAD!
