    yes i saw the lawyer in los boliches ,she is very good  i can highly reccomend her.
   some estate agents i spoke to in fuengirola all said the same thing about aifos,
   dont touch them with a barge pole they have a terrible reputation.
     they have even ripped off agents who have bought clients to them by not paying,
     them their commision.
    but like i said the town hall did say that legally there is no problem at cortijo.
   but looking at how much work is left to do at cortijo i doubt if it will be ready ,
  for next summer.
   it is so frustrating
