We have used Rosa for many, many years that is why we recommended her to you.  Did you ask her about applying for a refund and how you went about it? or are you going to sit it out?

       yes thanks for recommending rosa ,i have decided to sell my apartment,
       i cant wait any longer ,like i said the guy in the torreblanca could not even ,
       say when it will be finished,and his attitude was really bad,so i have had to drop the
       price a bit to try and sell,i spoke to a couple of estate agents over there and mentioned,
       getting my money back but they all said the same thing ,aifos are a nightmare to deal ,
       with when you try to get a refund,so if i do get a buyer i will sell as soon as possible

If you want my opinion I would not even bother going through an agent to instigate refunds. Do everything through your Lawyer.

Agents tend to be very close to developers for obvious reasons and can hinder the process rather than help which in turn can lead to further frustration. However if you are wanting to sell on and possibly make some money you will have to go through an agent, and this is a differant process entirely.

I have already had a word with Rosa about my own situation and indeed appealing for a refund of monies already invested. She see's no problems in doing this although "How long the process will take" is anyones guess .
