Hello Everyone,

I am actually posting on behalf of my Mum, who has purchased an apartment (sorry but exact details of block etc currently elude me!) on the San Cayetano development through Parador.

She has actually just sold her house and is looking to move out to the area in the next month or two and long term rent until her flat is ready (Jan 31st according to latest building report!), so will be keeping a close eye on proceedings out there!

Is anyone on these boards already/going to be living out there before their property is ready? I'd love to get some information/get to know people if thats the case to pass on to my Mum - specifically if anyone has rental agent recommendations!!

I have actually now got the address - No 13, Block 1, Manzana 1.

Is anyone else in this block? My Mums name is Tricia and she should be moving out to the area mid-november as she completes her sale in the UK on the 20th Oct.

Can anyone recommend any nice areas for her to visit or stay to get an idea of the local area?
