When enquiring about landscaping the areas around the apartment blocks we are told

that there are not enough funds, because not all owners are paying there community charges.

To those of you that have not paid, you are not achieving any benefits to your property.

If owners do not pay we cannot get the development looking like it should !

If you are renting out your property, it will rent for a better price if the place looks better.

If you are selling your property it will sell for a better price, and you will still have to pay the charges when you sell.

I'm sure that there are many owners that would be interested to know what your reasons are?

I have just returned from another pleasant week and met several more neighbours who are all generally pleased.The list naming and shaming those who havent paid may make some more people pay. It is one of the main points on the agenda for 30 July.AIlasandro the gardener and the cleaners all from one company left last week 2 reasons were given  I am not sure which is true. 1 They were accused by some residents off having something to do with breakins in block2 the other reasons being lack of funds.

2 men did turn up to water plants and check on the pool but the plants will soon die without care and attention
