I have completed and furniture pack fitted, and paying community charges. My furniture pack still has issues and they are in the process of rectifying them. I went in June and the pack was fitted then, but still issues are being rectified.
I have requested a full refund from the snagging company as their work was pitiful (and guess what - the person who snagged mine is no longer with the company!).
When I went, there were only 4 furnished apartments, including mine. I posted a leaflet through every door - most of them were open and filthy. You can tell from the number of lights on the outside as to the number of appts furnished.
