hi, been home a few days but just catching up with ourselves. Almoradi was brilliant as always. Weather in the 90`s. A few evenings a week they set up a large screen in the square and were showing childrens films (shreck and the like) and as usual they didnt start to 10pm but it was packed. The Farmacia neon sign was saying 25 degrees at midnight. We just sat at that little bar in the square and happily drank the night away. There are a few Spanish families living in the Luz. We ended up getting spanish lessons from two 10 year olds who spoke very little English but we got by and had a good laugh.
Phase 3 is coming along well. The new show house is open and Gustavo let us have a look around. It is a 3 bed design on market for 151,000 Euros. The furniture pack has been upgraded (a much better bed settee in lounge) as well as kitchen and this one has an ensuite shower room. The tiles in the bathroom are really nice. They have a subtle wood effect look about them. Gustavo says that phase 3 will be ready in April 2008 with phase 4 in october/november 2008.
If anyone needs lifts to and from airports as well as day trips to where ever then we know a couple of people who are residents in the Luz and will be happy to assist. One way trip to airport is 20 Euros. You wont get any cheaper than that!! and very nice people too.
