Chris, speaking only of our own personal experience, our apartment in block 10 was finished down to the white goods and with running water (although I'm sure that was just a temporary supply). Obviously, the landscaping, etc., needed to be finished, but it was well advanced. In all honesty, in mid-August, it looked like there wasn't much more to do between blocks 10 and 12, at least. I also would like to see some up to date photos, but in all honesty I don't think they will reveal much more than those already posted. Save for the landscaping! I'm not sure what requirements the builders have to fulfill to get the licence approved, but if there's safe access, supply of water and electricity and your apartment is good to habitate and you have use of certain facilities, I think, from what I've read here, that's just about it!! But I would also like to see some up to date photos - is the pool between blocks 10 adn 12 filled? Are the paddle tennis courts complete? Etc., etc. Would be nice to see!!
