Keys to the garage area

Hi,

Can anyone help regarding a new lock put on the doors between the lift area or stairwell into the garage? We've been told by our property management agency that there is a new level of security but they have been unable to source keys for this on our behalf. It seems slightly ridiculous that a new lock is put in without ensuring all owners have access to it. Our apartment is in Pebble Beach

Increasing security is great but not at the expense of shutting owners out!!

Can anyone help with this?

Key available from the guy, concierge/security in the timber building in centre of complex (no charge)

Hello, you may have to send authorization for your agent to pick up the keys on your behalf. We emailed Paco in the Administrators office and gave authorization for our agent to collect, Paco  then informed the consierge.
