Wifi

I am in in the uk at present and am having my (2 bed) appt in Pebble beach cleaned etc.and ready for rental  The agent has told me he thinks that the hot water system is gas and that I need a gas contract to get the hot water going so I must speak to my lawyer etc... Its the first I've heard of this. In the blurb we got in the brochure all those years ago it says  "hot water from electricity". Have they changed it or has the cleaner he sent in her to do the job made a mistake?!! Help

 We certainly have a gas heater fitted for hot water, I think all the apartments are the same, we needed a contact to supply and a direct debit setting up before we were connected, the solicitor did this.
