Is the silence an indication that we are all ecstatically happy at last????
Anyone been out and have anything to report?
Anyone received minutes of the meeting f rom Marinsol?
I am tempted to say 'Anyone out there??' But I know that everyone is just enjoying the summer in both Spain and the UK.
For those taking an interest in Spanish sport - poor Rafa Nadal was knocked out of the Montreal tournament last night. He played poorly - I foolishly sat up to watch!!!
Have a good Sunday
Linda

I'm still here.....but I know nothing new. Some relatives were using 19b last week so I am hoping that they will send on their photos and they might show some more site improvements. Nothing from Marinasol. Have emailed our solicitors and BMS with questions but think they must all be on their hols.
I plan to go out in Oct but it would be good to know the date of the next meeting so that I could co-ordinate a visit to suit.

Letter from our solicitor this morning saying that the title deeds are with the land registry being registered.
The only other thing to report is that the rubbish collection bills are due to be paid before the end of September, so people may need to work out how they are going to do this when they are not there!!
We are hoping to get out soon, so will see how the site is getting on.

Yes - if you don't pay your rubbish collection bills by the 20th September (€30.50) then you will be fined €40 and have to go over to Vera to pay it !!!
We have arranged with our keyholder, Rob & Linda, to have them pay our bill on our behalf and we will be reimbursing them on our next trip over (which happens to be 21st September).
Reference Terry's post about emailing BMS, several people have said it's a waste of time as they never answer their emails (and probably don't even read them) - the best way to contact BMS is to ring them up (try (0034) 669355914, which is Maria's mobile, or failing that their office no. (0034) 950615035). This also applies to any snagging issues - best to talk directly with Marie (or Maite if Maria not in).

Hi Drew, We were over in L.O. the week before last and went to the post office and had No bill for rubbish collection. I rang our solicitor who spoke to Maria at BMS who advised her that not all the bills have gone out yet, they werre going out in batches according to when you completed. She also said there was NO 40Euro fine and that if there was a problem Maria would notify our solicitor who would then contact us and that worse case senario is that interest may be charges on the outstanding bill which would be negligible.
