I have recently been offered one of the following by Polaris World Customer service by way of compensation for the delay in delivering My Appt in Phase 2 (It is one of the missing Appts on Hacienda Riquelme) IT WONT BE READY FOR ANOTHER YEAR.

a. 2 bed appt and car hire +half board on La Torre for One week.

b. A furniture package.

c. One years free golf sub on HR when I take the Appt over

For the info of other dissappointed buyers. All I can say is that it is better than nothing.

We have also bought on phase 2 and I have the feeling ours may also be one of the missing blocks. Did Polaris contact you withe offer and details of completion or was it as a result of pressure from you?
