Hi All
Jany, thanks for updating with photos, the tennis court looks great now and the grass is growing by the pool.
I have spoken to Karen yesterday Block 9 (Ground D), apparently they are now clearing the pool out , maybe to fill?
All the dirt has been cleared out and cleaned.
We are however having problems again with the water in Block 9! , There has been an influx of people moving in to block 10, mostly spanish (correct me if I'm wrong), now as our pump is not working in block 9 and never has, we have been drawing water from 10's Water Pump, as more and more people are moving into 10 our use of water in 9 is getting smaller and smaller.
Way back about 2 yrs ago there was a problem with the pump, basically it wouldn't work and early owners in 9 had to use bottled water to flush, clean, cook etc as no water was coming out of the taps. We even went to the beach and filled up the water containers from the beach footwashers of sea water and flushed the toilet with that.
A few people then moved in, one being karen on the ground floor, cutting a long story short, we ended being connected to 10's water system and the black pipe sitting on the ground and running into the pump room was cut into and we had water as block 10 was empty at the time, 4 or 5 of us then had water all the time NO PROBLEMS!!.
Thats ok on a temporary measure, but now as more and more are using it , block 9's use is diminishing, karen said she has to wash, clean etc all before 9am to be sure to get some water, after which you could pee quicker.
Karen contacted Medsea who she bought from and I today contacted the aftersales of Atlas, Gwenny (Atlas) was trying to contact me 2 weeks ago to find out who our management company was? (apparently). What management company!
I said to Atlas today, that the story stands that the pump was knackered and the builder knows it and the rumour was that those in block 9 would sign the certificate of habitation, be happy and after the management company is set up, we yes we would have to pay for another pump from the maintenance money, the thing is the pump has been sat there for probably 3 years now with no warranty on it now.
We must not sign any certificates of habitation at all, after they are signed everyone then has there own water supply and not on builders supply, but we have no pump to pump the water to us.
I know that some people have cancelled their agreement for apartments and have been given full refunds but there must be more people who have bought in the apartments of block 9 and 10, come on who are you, get in contact with us, we are at a point where news is getting stale and stagnant and we need to keep this going, if you are in block 9, contact your company Atlas, Medsea, Iberian etc and moan like buggery!
Come on it's good to talk
Darren (Bacardi)
