Hi, we have just bought in San Cayetano a quarter villa on block 5. Anyone else out there bought on this block?

Also, has anyone received their initial contract in spanish only or were they able to secure an english version.

Has anyone else bought on Block 5 due for completion in March 08.  Ours is number 9.

We recieved a standard english translation (which we assume originated from Taray) with the spanish contract so you should ask your solicitors for a copy if you are concerned.

we have bought Block 5 no.5 - the identical one to you I think just one closer to the road. We were there mid-October - the show rooms look good but at the moment not too much to see of ours!!

Did you get an English contract - I only have the Spanish one? If so does everything seem in good order?

           We were out looking at property with parador properties nov 14-18 2006 and bought no 54 phase 5.We stood on our block of land. the properties that had been built were having all the plants put in and looked great.still, we are very nervous hoping the builder is legite and the  land legal and danil solicitors are o.k If anyone has any  information for us we would very grateful.

My name is Clare and I have lived in this area of Spain for 4 years now. 

I have just bought a 2nd property at SC and I wish to assure you that Taray most definitely are the most professional and legitimate builders in this area.  Their houses are the best quality builds, especially for the prices paid.  You have absolutely nothing to worry about.

My husband works in the property industry and believe me, he has seen some rubbish but these Taray properties are outstanding!

my husband has his own painting and decorating buisness and has worked on various sites in the UK. He was impressed with the organisation on the Taray site compaired to many British site,this helps us make our decision,we have bought a quad and as you say for what we paid for a 3 bed 2 bath and a drive with a garden excellent !!
