This promotion is an undertaking between the developing company “Las Cumbres de Calahonda, S.L.” and the property purchaser.

2. “Las Cumbres de Calahonda, S.L.” hereafter referred to as the “developer” agrees to pay a fixed monthly amount to the client once the deed is signed.

3. The developer will pay the owner:

• For 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments: 14.500.- € to be paid monthly over 24 months.

• For 1 bedroom apartments: 10.000.- € to be paid monthly over 24 months.

We have just bought an apartment in Block 10 of Princess Park. We really thought it was a good deal with the above perk.
Today we found out we are not entitled to this money as we didn't agree to sign the title deeds without having the licence of occupation. Our lawyer advised against signing but didn't mention or follow up on the consequences of doing so.
Is there anyone else who has had a similar experience?
