How far is the 525 hotel from the airport and also how far to TH is it easy to get to TH from the hotel

The 525 is in Los Alcazares. We are at the El Trampolin site and it takes us 20 mins by car. I don't know how far from El Trampolin to TH, another 20 mins? Have a look on Multimap or Google Maps.

The hotel does look lovely and has a nice bar but it is a bit pricey! I think it was 100 Euros per person per night when we had a look round. More of a boutique hotel.

I think the Hotel Costa Narejos is a very good hotel. It is at the other end of the pedestrian area going towards the beach and has an outside pool.  About 34 Euros PP/PN.

I think hotels in Murcia City will be closer for you but LA is a nice place to stay, nice beach, good places to eat and a good base from which to explore.

Forgot to mention that the hotel is only 5 mins from San Javier by car.

Although the road links in Murcia province are very good, if you want to experience the area you are buying in, there's no substitute for staying within 10 - 15K of TH.

Staying near the coast will not give you the experience of inland Murcia.  Murcia city is a lovely place, full of character and totally different from the coast.  For a start, you don't hear English being spoken in too many places.  Its the real Spain and long may it continue to be.

IMHO, look for a place to stay  on the Murcia side of the mountains  - inland from the coast.  Only then will you experience the area you have bought in.
