Things are looking up, I have just heard that ata Provincial level the next stage has been approved.  This is the environmental report which is very important nowadays.  This approval should help pave the way for the local town hall to give their permission. Is my solicitor a little slow on coming forward or is this new news Anyway its good news to me.  Lets keep our fingers thumbs and anything else we can crossed

Is this the  competion of the 'urbanisation' procedure ( i.e. re-zoning) of the land.

If so then things look good as my understanding is that  the Building Licences from the Town Hall would follow fairly soon after that.

Reach High stated that the next stage has been approved at Provincial level (Murcia) and thus paves the way for the Local Town Hall to give permission.

This, however is not the way things happen! The Local Town Hall have infact already given permission and has passed the overall granting of licence to the regional government (Murcia). This is why things have of late, almost come to a standstill. Big wheels and all that..............

My understanding is that Campos del Rio Town Hall have played their part in the licence issue and are fully in favour, as would be expected with the impending wealth that is about to hit their area. At this stage the big guns take over, for decision time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If, as Reach High says the re-zoning has been approved, then this would be mean that the land has been changed from 'Rustic' to 'Urban' and in turn clears the way for the construction to commence.

Lets all hope so!
