july report

l am just back from trampolin hills and there are about 25 cement wagons and many other construction vehicles and equipment on site.

The start date is 24th July fase 1 complete by 18mths 2yrs  I will post latest pictures soon but really all can be seen on web cam. What you do not see on the web cam is the groundwork preparation all the way down to the bottom of the golf course.

Did anyone one see George Clooney on the web cam? Rumour has it you know.

Pretty sure all is well and the el trampolin site is also nearly finished and looks good with the green areas developed.

thanks for the update, looks very promising!  Just for clarification is fase 1 completion all of the properties around the first phase of the golf course or is it the first phase released in 2005.

they told me that phase  1 would be complete in 18mths to 2 yrs  including golf  course front 9. then they start  on phase 2  and again 18mths to 2yrs for that.

Hi everyone,

Just returned from a great two weeks in Alicante.  Went down to both Royal Dreams and TH and are feeling much more positive.  We've spoken with our solicitor and were also given our bank guarantees for both properties from TH while we were there.   We also visited El Solera just for some idea of how we may look and were not disappointed.    We should all be fluent in spanish by the time they are built!! (is 3 years long enough to learn it?)

We are back out in September and will obviously go down to both sites and see how things are progressing.  Will keep you all informed.

We have bought on RD so how did it look Gerry?  In June they had flattened the land and stuck some flags up but looked promising.  Have you heard about any liciences yet etc?

We too are out in Sept, staying over in Marrazon for 2 weeks in a villa so should be doing some exploring around the area.  When are you out and where are you staying?

check out the web cam something is happening on the excavation front on the main body of the site. Could it  be foundations for a villa?

Hi all I too have been watching the web cam and copying the pictures to my photo's program they have also had other machinery delivered on low loaders which I recognise as machines used in construction,rather than for earth moving,having watched most of yesterday it seems that they are digging foundations as the JCB type of machines are digging and a constant stream of trucks is taking the soil away.Have you managed to post your recent photo's Gerry ? I have not had a look and for some reason eye on spain would not work yesterday morning. I think I read someone else is going to TH in August so we should have some thing definate on the construction tho they usually shut down for August,things might slow down a bit ,but I hope things have moved on by the time I go in October.

HI ALL WE HAVE JUST HAD A PHONE CALL FROM OUR TRAMPOLIN HILLS REPRESENTITVE AND SHE SAYS THAT PLANNING PERMISION HAS BEEN GRANTED TODAY AND WORK CAN NOW COMMENCE. ITS GOOD NEWS FROM NOW ON, PROBABLY THE BEST DAY IN TRAMPOLIN HILLS HISTORY.

hi we are mark and lyn,we bought a two bed app on trampolin hills phase 1,just to confirm that we have today recieved an email from amalia fernandez who is an employee of grupo trampolin telling us that the town planning meeting in murcia region has today granted the building licence to trampolin hills golf resort. lets hope things start to move now and that we all get to meet once the complex is built,fingers crossed, mark

Correction !!!! there are quite a few new photo's they may not be what we would like to see ... like the photo's of a tyre garage,but there are some construction photo's from one of their other projects .. sorry I mean proyects!!!

THANK YOU THANK  YOU THANK YOU,this is the best news i have heard in along time.  I have tried getting information from our solicitor but to no avail.  Our villa should hve been finished in June and our life savings were on it. After all the trouble weve had we cant wait.  We are on front line phase 1 plot 126 it was originaly 135 then they changed everyhting.  Well lets all raise a glass and hopefully one day we can all meet up and ENJOY.Once again, THANK YOU all for all your information regards reach high

In spite of the many begrudge rs who have frequently contributed total sh*te on this board concerning the non granting of licence, I'd like to say.............. Up yours!

To everyone else who has pinned their hope and dreams on this development getting the go ahead, I'd like to say.............. Congratulations!

I have little doubt that the journey has only just began. There will be many, many tough times ahead for us all. We all now have a better understanding of the way the Spaniards do business and patiences should be the order of the day. This project will get finished, but first it has to get started. Now take my advise, go out and practice real hard. The first Trampolin Hills 'Ryder Cup' matches are provisionally pencilled in for 17th March 2009. This news has brightened up an otherwise dark and dreary Summer.
