i agree with you tersa this should be nothing to do with us it should all be down to the builder,iff he can not mend the doors,wats going to happen when somthing realey goes wrong

I agree the builder should be responsible for the garage doors, however, it was agreed at the meeting that each apartment would contribute to having them replaced, more than anything for security. However, my main concern here is, if we have problems getting payment on a relative minor problem, what will happen when we are all asked to contribute to the painting of the
outside of the buildings, which can't be that far off now. People still do not seem concerned that we are a community and these problems affect us all. Is this why so many properties are now up for "Sale"?

Well said Paul. It's odd that those who are most vociferous in complaining about the garage doors are slowest to contribute to the repair.
