BUILDINGS AND CONTENTS INSURANCE

I am just looking at a new buildings and contents insurance both with a Spanish and English underwriter, does anyone have any info they think may be of use.

Cheap but reliable insurance companies (do they exist) has anyone had any issues with any company that I should steer well away from. All comments would be greatfully recieved.

The property is a 2 bed 2 bath apt.

Have had one quote so far from Intasure £162 for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on La Finca. I dont know if anyone has had any experience of them, but seem professional enough on the phone.

Still you never know with any of them until you have to put a claim in!

Mine was more with MAPFRE - £200 n something?

But it didn't cover cash when we got "visited" & I'm asking about other cover like accidental to adjoining properties & when other folk use it?
