we are ready for completion and we are advised by the solicitor and we also wish to complete after snagging which is strange

 

what did everyone else do

We had no choice and had to complete before snagging. If you are'nt in a rush I would recommend completeing after you have snagged and the faults rectified. I should think you'll have more chance of getting them fixed If they have'nt got your money. We completed 4 months ago and are still waiting.

You won't be able to do your full snagging until after completion because you can't check the water or anything operated by electricity because they are not connected.

I am assured that the snagging will eventually get done. Other Keymare residents have waited 12 months. On a note of consern though. One family had to go home whilst builders were still working on there air con. They left and did not lock the door. It was left wide open like the rest of the uncompleted apartments.
