Illegal President?

It's me again!!  Sorry to be a pain!  When we got our contracts and deeds for our touriste apartment, there was enclosed information about an agent who would rent out the apartment for you taking a commission.  Has anyone used this agency - don't want to name here - free advertising and all that!!  If they are reputable and reliable we may consider using them but had a bad experience with an agent at our house in Spain - who put her relatives in our house when we thought it was empty and charged us an enormous amount for the privilege.  We don't want to go down that route again - any info on this would be great.  Thanks guys!

If it's the agent with the name beginning with "I" I believe they take 40% of the rental figure.Apparently they don't tell you when they put some-one in until after the event and you have to tell them way in advance when you want to use the property.

Thank you Dream for the info - 40% seems a lot and I certainly don't want them renting to ladies from the roundabout!!!  I will give it some thought.  Thanks again
