Yes you have to use Tom as he's paid for all of the massive sky dishes on site.  When I first spoke to him I thought he was rather abrupt but he and his partner are actually quite funny.  They do the job and don't over charge either. (They both like tea and biscuits!

we dont have sky in the uk, so only want freeview service, but understand it still costs 540e

is anyone else in the same position as i understand tom has the rights and therefore you have to go through him
