Van space from Girona to England.

Just out of interest for those of you who have not completed yet,  and like the Polaris Home Style furniture but thought it was too expensive!     We completed on 23 November,  and went around and chose our furniture and placed the order (not from Homestyle I may add).  However when we got home - about a week after we completed - we received a brochure from Homestyle offering reasonable priced furniture packs - which we might have considered if we had known about them.

I may write to them suggesting it would be better for them to contact clients with upcoming completion dates - rather than waiting until afterwards.

It may be interesting for some of you who have not completed yet!

Quite agree Maggie, a situation of greed I think.

we are to complete on 6 in Feb 08, can  I ask you how long was it till you got gas electric water etc.. after you applied for it after completion?

We completed 23 November,  and have not been notified that the utilities are on.  I think the average is around 6 weeks.  We met someone who had completed 5 weeks before us,  and she had not had the utilities turned on,  but then it all happened about a week afterwards.

We're planning to go back at the beginning of Feb, and are trusting it will be all ok by then, so we can get furniture in etc then.

It's all very exciting though!

My sentiments exactly - it's a wonderful development, with great weather,  will have fantastic golf,  and we should all be happy for what we have got,  and look forward to the additional facilities that we will have (in due course!).

We're buying furniture from Inside Right too - can't wait to get it all set up and being used!

Whats the directions for Inside Right please?

It's very close to Polaris World Head Office.  You take the exit from the 'motorway' signposted Balsicas / Roldan,  then follow signs to Roldan, go up and over the motorway and then it's on the first industrial estate (poligno industrial) that you come to.  it's  on or just after the first roundabout that you come to.   Hope this makes sense.

You're right, Debbie's absolutely delightful. Highly recommend Inside Right Espana, Debbie, Suzie, Neil, all really great people. Quality at a very keen price and all taken care of ! So looking forward to going back in February !

Incidentally, I received an email from PW car rentals after I'd already completed but no biggie, their special offer was more than double what I'd paid for my car hire... When will they learn !
