maintanance fees in the Costa del Sol

Does anyone have a reliable contact to install shutters on the apartments?

I am also concerned about how Ammex is collecting community fees, we have just received information in the post, which does not include an invoice for payment, this was after several emails to them asking them how much we needed to pay.  No wonder that there are so many debtors!  We are happy to pay if we get a bill for it.

We are going out at Christmas and will be happy to keep a watchful eye on the security guards.

Most owners who have used Steve garrott from 'Paint busters' have speak highly of him-I got him to fix shutter doors (on a recommendation on this site) and he did an excellent job at a good price - also he has other good contacts
