Hi everybody again. It has been a long time without conecting here.I bought my property at the M1 with my wife from Madrid, and as i said a long time ago we want to sell it. We have been thinking in keeping it and rent it out, but we have just move to another property in Madrid and we need the money. If anybody knows somebody who could be interested in buying i will be really happy to sell it. I am dropping the price from 270.000 € that we said last time to 255.000 € and that is a bargain, because there is no agent commision. It´s a link detached with 295 spm plot.
