We arrive on Sunday 23rd December  early afternoon. Does anyone know whether shops (especially Supermarkets) will be open  that day and the next?

There is  a thread further down "supermarkets" - which gives some info re Sunday opening.

From various comments that I have seen, I would imagine that shops will be open on 24th. However, I suppose just like here in the UK, they may close earlier than usual.
