We have been lucky enough to go to our apartment at El Rincon several times in the last few months, when we are in residence we see other apartments in use, but we do not know if the people we see are owner's ,or people renting.
it would be great to meet some of the people who add comments on this site,if anyone is interested, could we agree to show in some way our connection.
Security seems to be the biggest single issue for us all,let us remember some people will have bought in El Rincon with the sole purpose of letting it out,and never actually stay them selves, which is fine, but there will always be people around that will have no regard for others, when a high percentage of apartments are occupied during the summer i am a fearfull that there will be problems, when we were last over, a group of people opposite to us came in around 4.30am, then sat out on the balcony and kept the party going for another hour, i am not a kill joy but voices seem to echo around very loudly.
I went in search of my stolen bikes into El Calma (blue and white) just in case, and read a notice to their residents from their president, they seem to have a lot of problems with lack of respect for their development, rubbish bags, dogs fouling, spitting, vandalism, it's upto us all to be vigilant and caring to what happens to El Rincon.
I am looking forward to many happy years at El Rincon, it is a great development, lets keep it great.
