Tried to get into AEA site with my user ID and PW and not working, so requested new password, this arrived within seconds but does not work.
Anybody else having problems?

I too have had the same experience using the AEA site., Suddenly the password is no longer valid and the reset seems to fail.
After so many attempts one gives up entirely.

I've also got problems with access to the the AEA site.
Tried just as P Millsom did on 7th Jan ( original & new ID and password). To no avail - hopeless
I have also had extra cash taken from my bank account for management fees, I've e-mailed AEA but had no response - hopeless.
I can't make it to the AGM but would greatly appreciate these matters being raised.

Good Morning Mr. Alinek,
I did inform Mr. Cox in the first instance that the AGM was scheduled for the 18th. March, however just a few minutes after sending that email I was informed that the President was trying to reschedule AGM a day earlier and therefore the date is still pending confirmation. Once we have total confirmation then we will inform all of the owners.
I did send a second email to Mr. Cox advising the change.
I am also trying to resolve the problem with the web page which I hope to have resolved a.s.a.p.

Dear Rosa
It is now 2 weeks since I reported that the access to your web site was not working and you replied that it was being looked into.
The site is still not accepting any of the access codes and many residents are now complaining. When do you anticipate that it will be fixed.
This problem always seems to occur when you post the 1/4 service charges to the site and maybe your software advisor could look into this first of all.

Dear Rosa,
Used the codes that you supplied and gained admittance to the site.
I then changed my code and password, exited and attempted to re-enter. No success.
I then tried again with the codes you supplied and entry was refused.
There is obviously a problem with codes being saved that your technical guys need to look at.

When we spoke to our web tecs. in Sevilla last week they assured us that the site was fully functional. The problem seemed to be at their end as they were also expanding their offices in Madrid.
This morning I have reported your problem to them. For the time being please enter the following codes, which you may change once you have enter the community's web page.
I have tried these and they work but I would appreciate you confirming this, also if you know of other owners who experiencing the same problems please ask them to contact me via email.

This is an old familiar bug. I had the same problem last year.
I had a theory that when you reset your password on this system it seems that you then have to wait a day or two before it becomes effective.
So I would try your new PW in a day or so.
But don't try too many times in case it locks your out.

We had the same problem last year as well. I then had to wait for new codes and didn't dare try and change them again. You think they'd manage to sort out this problem by now. We are still waiting to access codes to get in this year as like everyone else, we were locked out. I wonder if this will be sorted out before the AGM!

You seem to be right that this is a time delay problem as their system is now accepting my revised codes.
Rosa has received new temporary codes which should enable people to log in and then reset their code and password.
