Jet2 Edinburgh to Murcia flights put back

Has anyone carried out a valuation on their property yet?

Our Mortgage people have supposedly had a valuation done and it has come up about 20% less than the selling price!!!!

Would be interested to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience.

We were at Peraleja again a week ago and it is looking good even better than the opening weekend.

Out of interest which bank did you with and what rate did you get (Euribor plus)?

The Phase 2 prices were higher so we were confident that prices would hold. Then again these valuations are always on the conservative side particularly if the proposed mortgage is well within property value.
