Just got back today. The gardens have been cleaned up a bit since last week. Plants were looking good. It still all looks great, although the pool outside block 5 wasn't finished. I'd be miffed if that wasn't done and I'd completed. We didn't see the other pools. Last time we went it was still called Arenal on the flags. No more....they have big Orange ones now with the new name. The road next to the site office is still unbuilt and there was no huge evidence of that being ongoing. There were a few workmen on site, but not many. The weather was fantastic - about 64 degrees and very sunny - and we had a really good time. We have come back still feeling pretty OK about it all. It's a fantastic development. One other thing: we met a couple who live in Duquesa, but they were staying at our hotel. They had been connected to their builder's water supply which had suddenly and unexpectantly been cut off. Literally. Their builder had cut the water pipe and was not answering calls. Their advice to us was to hold back some money until after we have been connected to proper services. They wish they had done that because now they have no leverage. And no water. I'm not sure if we can actually do that, but we will try. Margo
