Ryanair to drop check in desks by end of year?

Please could anyone give me details of whether they have purchased property on this phase and whether they are able to update me with any completion dates or when work may start etc.

Glad to hear someone else is on Phase 4!! My understanding is that it is likely to be next January. Nothing has happened in the last 12 months and I'd guess that they will need to collect the remaining monies from current completions before (hopefully) starting again in earnest.

We went out in October and nothing had changed since the previous October - we are in it for the duration so not too concerned at present as we'd only have to cough up monies sooner (should have bought some euros!)

Have you not been out lately? I posted photos in October but these were mainly of Phase 1 - I can post others if you haven't seen it lately.

If you think any of the other phases will be finished by next January you are in cloud cookoo land - have you seen the number of half finished developments with no workers on them - they cannot sell what they have already completed so why build more.  Cancel now and keep your euros for a bargain - at least your deposit will have been bought when the pound/euro was at a good rate.  The pound is fallng like a stone against the euro and UK house prices are heading south - British buyers are dissapearing for all but the best places.  I was very dissapointed at the size of the low cost housing development in front of phase one.  What do they plan to build on the land where the sales office is - and do you believe them?

Where is phase 4?

It's at the top right of the site, opposite the new primary school (to the rear of Phase 2), and above the "park"/Phase 3 to the right of Phase 1 Block 7.

The photos I posted in October (48784) shows it as shell/envelope completed and some part rendered.

I understand now.  I don't think there has been much change.  As a matter of interest has it got its own pool area/gardens,etc?

Yes, it's a smaller version of Phase 1 but in a triangle shape.

DavidNS  - Thanks for the reply regarding Phase 4 - were not alone then!!!  We are planning a visit out there in April, so will take some photos and keep you posted.  I'm certainly not a Gooner - We beat them last night well and truly - have we got you at the weekend or are you a blue??

Good to know there's someone else - look forward to seeing the photos and hopefully that work has restarted.

Must check to see if Alan has been on following that excellent win - and yes I'm a red and going on Sunday. We play again in the league the following week so I'm expecting two good games of football no matter what the result.

Hi David, first of all yes I was there on THAT night. Great atmosphere and one of those nights when everything clicked. Looking forward to Sunday although, and no I'm not looking for excuses but if it's a high tempo game I can't see my boys lasting the 90 minutes, they put so much effort in against Arsenal it must have taken its toll.

Secondly to keep on thread I think phase 4 will be finished before my LFO is issued on phase 1. Still not sure whether I will complete or not.

Tracey, as we will lift the cup in exactly one month, I think that's hardly likely. However, as I don't want the LFO issued until the developer has made contact with me I am not worried on that score.
Spoke to my solicitor's sec today apparently there is a meeting on the 30th!! Watch this space.

By the way I see Adebeyor said to Bendtnor  that he was only on the pitch because he was s**t which is exactly what the Spurs crowd were shouting through the match. The other extraordinary thing is how you have a manager who is colour blind. He never,NEVER sees anything unpleasant that happens if it is wearing red.
