I am looking forward to completing in the New Year, moving in and enjoy having a home in Spain. I bought the apartment for us all to enjoy as a family it is only really worth anything when you want to sell it, and I do not intend doing that for a long long time. If you plan to rent, they say the rental in Duquesa on our side of the main road is not that good, but I am not so sure about that and lets face it you could always market the rental yourself from the UK. I am thrilled to pieces about 2008 and the difference the apartment will make on my life, it will give us the opportunity to slow down and relax and that is something that has been long overdue. All this talk of what it is worth and good location, bad location etc etc sometimes detracts from why you bought in the first place. Of course if you did buy with the sole aim of maybe selling to make a profit, then I think you may need to reconsider your investment options!
