I have spoken to my solicitor who has advised me not to pay anything until the license is confirmed.
However, due to the delays, it seems a little unfair for a phase 3 property to have to pay in at the due time in March 2008.
I have asked the solicitor to look into it and will have to wait to see.
But advice for now if anyone gets a demand - do nothing and take advice from your solicitor.
