Hi Gina, thanks and well done for having the foresight to copy them. lt may well be that there is nothing sinister in Calidona removing them from their website, but the reasons given a pretty flimsey to say the least.
l just get the feeling that with all of this business regarding the build license and 18 month completion deadline Calidona are attempting to build in a 'cushion' for themselves if needed when it comes to the completion date, May/June 2009.

Great photos of site etc India.
Talked with my solicitor and he confirmed all is well with Calidona so maybe you are reading to much into it.
Having been to at least a dozen development s in this region over the last few years and watching how and when things are done I feel having seen Roda (sister development on the coast) that we do not have anything to worry about.
Until something major has gone wrong all that negative unfounded guessing will do is devalue our property for selling or renting.
I for one feel we have bought a very good product in the right loaction from a sound developer.

Hi Investor,
I agree totally with your comments, and just for the record I'm not negative about our investment, I feel we have made the right decision to buy at Corvera. The reason I had copies of the web pages is not because I distrust Calidona it is merely because I have compiled a file of all things relating to Corvera that I can lay my hands on.
I am totally convinced that Corvera will be a first class development just as Roda is, I think most of us feel the same, but I can certainly see why people are getting frustrated when there is such a lack of communication.
See you at the nineteenth May '09.
Gina

Hi, l'm in total agreeance with all of the positive things that are being said with regard to Corvera, and how in 5/6 years when we're all sitting in the sun drinking ice cold sangria all of todays problems would have paled into insignificance. However lets not take our eye off the ball just yet, read the Roda forum and then tell me that Calidona are an open, transparent and TOTALLY trustworthy development company that never hide a single thing from their 'customers', never misinform their 'customers'and offer a first class after sales support service to their 'customers'. Ask the buyers on phases 3 and 4 at Roda why their completion date appears to be delayed. l have stressed on this forum that all l want from Calidona is truthful information, whether it be positive or negative, and on a regular basis without having to constantly contact them or having to wait weeks for them to respond. lf any of you feel that all of this is being negative, then l guess l'm guilty.

Hi Steve,
this forum is a place where we can all air our views, concerns and comments, positive or negative. You are right to be frustrated at the lack of communication coming from Calidona, I think we are all craving some information, which is why we are glued to this forum.
And just because we feel we have made the right choice in investing at Corvera doesn't mean we should keep our heads in the sand, and believe everything we are told.
Keep your eye on the ball, I know I will.
See you for that sangria, in the not too distant future (hopefully)

Hi all
Just to say that I am in complete agreement with Steve and Gina, this forum should be for frank and open discussion, and not censored in some way so that only the positive viewpoints should be aired, if some criticism of developers or agents for example is deserved it should be aired, and I feel that the vast majority of readers appreciate this.
I think that anyone reading this forum will appreciate the frank and honest views being put forward and it certainly would not be the same if it only put accross a one sided viewpoint.
keep stating your truthful opinions

Just to say I agree with you all. Although I personally am on Phase 3, what happens on any Phase will effect us all in the longterm. As the funders for the developement (It's our deposits and funds raised against our future properties that are actually building the site) we should be treated as partners in Corvera and not mushrooms ( kept in the dark and fed with s*** etc.etc.).
