Has anyone used 'Car trawler' for car hire

Today I was at the site in Manilva. Luisa Rodriguez confirm me that today they sign first escritura. Approximately at 2 p.m. I see person with two bags from Prienesur. This was lawyer first buyer/s mr. Etienne Baudouin Alcojor (abogado from Marbella). He is confirm me that today he was sign first title deed for his client. Congratulation for all members of this project !!!  But remember - builder have not bank guarantee for the urban services.  Best Regards Vladimir from Russia

yes indeed they did sign today.  Two clients from our lawyers office did too.  Although they were not mortgage clients, therefore, they could sign without the documentation that was missing for us to sign.  Apparently this is the document that is presented to the notary for the land registry which says the property is finished and no longer under construction.  I thought they were referring to LFO but apparently its a different document and wasn't registered until today.

february 11th is the next signing date in manilva by the developers.  Although there is a signing in cordoba on thursday and my lawyer has told me she will go to sign on thursday if bank confirms has seen the required paperwork.  Apparently the missing paperwork was taken to the land registry by the developer today and will show on title deeds for view in the next few days for banks to release.  

so thats where we all at now.    Good luck to those who signed today.  I hope they are very happy in thier new homes. I wish i was celebrating too but i'm glad at least somebody has completed.

If my lawyer doesn;t sign thursday then i'm afraid i'll be wandering along the beach homeless!. 

By the way, is anybody going to be out there jan 23rd-30th as we could all meet up for drink

I can confirm that my solicitor did complete for me yesterday and the keys, deed and guarantee are available for me in his office..............yippee!!!

Our solicitor is going to Cordoba 24th Jan Thursday to sign on our behalf ,But at an extra 600 euro for the privilege,We need to complete before the 11Feb because we have everything booked .

Is there anybody else using Andersons Abogados who is going to have there contracts signed on the same day?

We know that this is a rip off on top of the original fee but we are tied .Will put on the forum WHEN it is signed and sealed.

Our solicitor too has an appointment on thursday at 10am in cordoba.   She thinks everything should be fine for completion then and should have keys that afternoon. Fingers crossed but i'm not holding my breath.

Congrats to Laurden on being one of the first to sign.   Hopefully i'll have keys thursday too.  

Flying out in the morning until the 30th so it would be nice to get it done and not have to return.
