Regarding the occupation licence, I hope it is issued soon otherwise those of us who expected the December 2007 date to be the completion date will have lost the will to live!!!
It seems from PMs and emails I have recently received that some purchasers are looking to walk away from the idea of the apartment in Spain and request the return of their deposits.
The recent email, that was sent to all purchasers for whom the sender had an address, jogged my memory of quite a few names of people who used to post on here and from whom we have not heard in ages. I wonder if they are quietly waiting and have just drifted away from this board.
It would be interesting to know how many are still around and waiting to move in.
