Hi everyone,

Just got back from CDS - finished clearing up the store room after the floods.  The lifts were put into working order.  Met some really nice owners
 
On the whole complex was looking good - I know it is easy to dwell on the negatives but there are lots of positives (Norman).  The Golf Gardens club house is almost ready to open and is just a stagger away - looks fantastic, we had a ride around the 9 hole course and for all you golfers, it appears quite a challenge.
 
Had a meal at La Menorah (Finca Cortisan) which was absolutely fantastic and the service was excellent - all this brings up the standards in the close proximity.  Just hold your nerve. 
 
On the downside is that we have heard that there are a number of people who have not paid their community charge - come on join forces and pay up don't ley everyone down - other owners cannot be blamed for the developers shortfalls so cough up and lets get the site moving foreveryone's benfit
