The most urgent isssue as most of you will have gathered is non-payment of Community Fees.
Whilst Board Members work with Ammex to ensure that that the budget is allocated correctly to maintaining all aspects of the site, owners on the list of debtors (attached to the AGM Minutes), must look urgently at their payment position. If you disagaree that you are in arrears contact Ammex immediately to discuss, otherwise please bring your account up to date. Ammex have been instructed to commence legal action against outstanding debtors where necessary.
Clearly, without full fees PM3 progress will either be limited or simply grind to a halt. It is essential that we do everything to protect our investments.
I know security is another contentious issue & Pete Jacobs PM3 President is currently looking at the options - again within the confines of the budget. Please ensure that you as individuals are satisfied that your own security precautions are sufficient (as at home) i.e. locks changed, window & patio locks/shutters installed etc. If you do suffer a break -in it's essential that you inform the Police & Ammex to ensure the incident is logged.
