Has anyone completed in Phase 3 yet??

We were due to complete 2 weeks ago but the bank keeps delaying things for some reason. We still haven't received any written terms and conditions for our spanish mortage (which we are taking over from the developer) - is this normal? Also, does anyone know roughly how much the water and electricity connections are and how much contents insurance is?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We are due to complete on our phase 3 property next week so i will post some up-to-date photos of the development when i return. Having read a lot of the more recent posts regarding snagging & some of the negative comments i am keeping my fingers crossed that there won't be too many problems. Will keep you posted.

Have just uploaded some pictures i took of phase 3 last weekend when we completed. Lots of activity so should be looking good in the next few months when the automatic watering system gets working.

We have purchased on phase 3 and were due to complete at the end of January.  Our morgage company require a final construction certificate and a first occupation certificate.  Our solicitor has been in touch with Roda with regard to this and they have advised him that they should be in possession of same within the next few weeks.

The photographs just posted look good so looks like it has been worth the wait.

Yes there are a number of people that have completed on Phase 3, I am aware of at least 9 in the apartments

Hi all, We completed in block 68 last friday (our lawyer had POA so we were not present) and when I recieved the snag list I was pleasantly surprised to see how few and how minor the defects were. The company who did the list said that the overall build quality was very good so now we are looking forward to having the snags fixed in an efficient manner (i hope) so we can spend the summer on the golf course. Hope it goes well for everyone else, regards Des and Gina.

We completed just over a week ago (block 71) and were present at the inspection. We employed Roy to assist us and were very thankful for his advice on the process. We are delighted with the overall finish - our snagging list has a number of minor items on it. I hope that the process for putting good these issues proves as painless as the completion.
