Could anyone assist us in giving me an E Mail address for a snagging contact at Key Mare??

Also I have not been informed of my community charge as yet for my apartment at 29/14, any idea how much it is likely to be?

I'm in Block 39 and Gema Garcia has been dealing with my snagging.  She was very good whilst I was able to go in and speak to her, but does not seem to respond to emails very quickly, but she is worth a try.  Her email is:

Maria is certainly also worth a try and is helpful when you are on site, but I have never had a response from her to an email, whilst Gema occasionally answers.  They work together in Customer Relations.

Maria was cetainly still there last week as she was answering emails from me. There was another lady at one time - Ursula? - who has left.

Ken is absolutely right Maria is the "Boss", in addition to Gema there is a German lady named Petra who also works in the office and deals with "snagging" visits, Utility connections etc.  Personally I would deal with Gema if you can't get hold of Maria.
