 Hi to all the fellow sufferers out there that have been aboard the Trampolin rollercoaster ride for the last couple of years!

 Returned last night from a short visit to Trampolin Hills. First thing to report is that everything appears to be as normal with a few diggers and earth movers working in the foundations for the apartments and about half a dozen workmen on the opposite side to the cranes doing the bases for the villas. There appears to be two that are ready for concreting and three more that have been started. ( Not a lot of progress but at least its something ).

 Regarding the main issues of the final license and the bank embargo, I was able to grab a few minutes with Raphael ( who is one of the directors ). This is what he had to say  :-

1) Building License

 Apparently there was a big meeting last week with solicitors and Murcia Council where some sort of agreement was reached. There is now another meeting on Monday when they expect the final stamp of approval to be given.

2) Bank Embargo

 This was imposed by the council for non payment of a charge for the new road and roundabout into their other site ( El  Trampolin). The current situation is that there is a dispute over the amount being charged  although they are optimistic that an agreement can soon be reached.

 Lets hope that the next time we're told on their website that everything is  resolved and  ready to start they actually mean it !

 I've just seen on the Spanish forum a copied document which shows the embargo was over non payment of 753 Euros.

 This seems a bit strange given the conversation i had yesterday but is obviously much less of an issue than the dispute with the new road at El Trampolin.

 Whilst the road situation will still have to be resolved hopefully this is not the actual reason for the embargo after all ???

Glad things are looking up, and i will tell you what I know,  I have spoken to my bank and it happens to be the bank that TH uses as well. They have said that there is an embargo but it is not a problem.  They are hoping to go to the notary to register the land very soon and that phase1 and and phase 2 will commence as soon as that is done.  I will ring mariecARMEN tomorrow morning and see whether mondays meeting has gone ahead as it was postponed until wednesday or thursday.  The information i was given has givedn me no cause for concern but i cant expect you guys to feel the same

The few of you who are bothering to post seem to be doing a god job in cheering the rest of us up, well done , now a few words about the Spanis buyers forum, we should be gratefull we dont have some of them on here as they are only concerned with the destuction of TH, the actual buyers on there are locked in battle with them, someone on there has posted a site for you to look at the details of the embargo, and also if my translation is correct is starting a new forum for imformation on the TH site they ask for your name, nick name and email I have filled it in and sent it off so I'll let you know if I hear anything from them, as some of you have said the final licence meeting takes place at 8pm on the 10th or 8.30 in the morning depending on which post your reading, lets hope there is a positive and final outcome, I see one of you has posted that you have just returned from TH, as well as the villa that I have posted the pictures of which I believe is now concreted are there another two awaiting concrete ? which means the building process is still going ahead, did you take any photos of the progress ? please members keep the posts coming, its great, keeping the dream alive and this site does it for most of us.

Thanks for all your updates, and the latest news etc. Although still not too confident about the whole thing I have to say,  esp with different theories for bank embargo....the bank a/c that was frozen was TH development a/c and not El Trampolin a/c so cannot be for road works etc. Other rumours suggest its because they didnt pay their employees national insurance on time.

Hopefully will all turn out for the best, next week at this meeting.

I agree about the other forum, everytime I go on there, people are rowing and being officous with each other !!  Just thankful we have a decent forum with only the odd idiot (adann etc),

It was me that said that the bank embargo was due to unpaid national insurance and was a tax issue that is because thats what one of the brain dead on the spanish forum was saying , however one of the spanish buyers has contacted the tax and actually found that they are paying it and also has the actual ammount of tax they have paid each time and its thousands of euros and has basically said that the scaremongers should get their facts right before posting or words to that effect, Its maybe not worth taking too much notice of the negative things they are saying as it seems to come from a certain minority as we have suffered on this site occasionally, oh and by the way go back to I think August 06 and you will find that Adannn has posted his details of the appartment he has bought on TH, so whats going on there I dont know, but likely he'll be one of your neighbours, how would I know what was posted in 2006 you may ask, its because I live and breath TH and this site. Spain is my future and hopefully one day my Macarena will be my permenant home.

 A couple of other things that Raphael said on Wednesday that may be of interest :-

1) I asked if a construction company had been chosen to which he replied that they were talking to two companies, one from Madrid and one more local.
 Both are apparently very keen to take on the project.

2) I asked about the area that has been designated for the golf course which seems to reduce in size every time a revision is made to the site plan.
 He agreed but said the course designer was still able to fit the 18 holes ( 9 on each side). Looks like it could be very crammed in.

 Re Dave's question   Yes the two bases ready for concreting are in addition to the one you saw on your visit and sorry no photos to show.

Welcome JASONHARR5 looks like you also have a sense of humour, dont forget to keep posting you only have to make 30 posts to change from a parcela to a studio, that goes for anyone else too who's reading our forum but not participating in it, about the golf course did I mention that a practice area has also been added to it down at the very bottom of the course, now an update from the spanish site, I mentioned that one of them is starting a new forum for buyers which I have applied to join, I since had an email back from them in Spanish saying that,they needed proof that I was a buyer, so I sent them my plot number  etc, they have sent me another email in English now which says they need me to send them a copy of the first page of my contract with TH before I can join the new site, to me this is the future, buyers only !!!!! No copy of contract no membership, If I or one of you post something we know or have heard, that to me is fine, we all have a financial interest in TH, I object to opinions of outsiders which I'm sure you all do, as they generally are negative,if this works may be eye on spain should consider this condition of membership, we have all been through the mill lately and we certainly dont deserve it, we are increasing the Spanish economy and all we ask in return is a dream home in the sun which we are willing to pay for, do you all agree ? Ok I'll get of my high horse now, but lets have your opinion, I'm off down the pub now myself, it may not be happy hour but at least I'm happy and I want all you to be too, by the way I'm talking to buyers !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all the Spanish forum that I told you about is Translated to Engish by google and though you can read part of it, it does not make complete sense, so I have gone to the un translated Spanish version and copied it, then I have emailed it to Alex at TH and asked that they give us an English version for our forum if I get a reply I will post on here the English version.

i would like to thank everyone of us who have stayed together through this little hiccup, as the song  goes "I will survive", i feel we will have agreat comminity together when we are in our homes isn the sun. Perhaps we should have a party too oerhaps we could all meet somewhere central once it all starts.

well a great big thanks to Amga2 that translation is perfect English and I'm sure that many of the buyers on here are very relieved to have received this good news, right we need a new thread starting with good news or even just a new problem, as long as the problem is along the line of what tiles should I choose around the pool.

I have to say I feel much better this weekend than I did last weekend after reading all the latest information.  I spoke to our agent yesterday who basically said the same as what Antonio has said in his message to us all.  I have to say that each time we have been up to TH he has always been there, wether it be in the office or in the cafe.  He sits with the workers chatting when they have their break and talks to the office workers too. 

Well with this better news I will go off and enjoy the rest of my weekend.

Why send negative coments to us all when you obviously haven't read the links.  I admit is has been frustrating in the past to say the least but it doesn't help to keep receiving negative thoughts when at last things have started to move in the right direction.
