I read the Spanish version and yes, it's true!  If you purchase an apartment they will throw in a Seat Ibiza, if you purchase a villa, they will thow in a Seat Leon, but if you purchase an apartment and a villa, you will receive a MERCEDES BENZ!!

Hee Hee Gerry, you could be right!  I do agree with the fact they are not advertising this promotion on their English webpage does appear to be unfair.  Maybe we don't deserve such good incentives to buy or maybe they want more Spanish buyers??? who knows!

Hi all I would guess that if you were interested in making a purchase then you could still get the free car, how ever I said the word free and infact on fri the 8th of feb the day I went to spain I was showing the TH web cam to a friend at work who said how much would an appartment cost him,look here I said showing him the web site on my phone only 100,000 euros fully furnished,whilst with my agent in Spain he told me as building work had started we could expect to see prices rise,and soon as I returned guess what, its now 112,500 for one, looks like the car is not so free after all.

Juliet454 can you answer me a question as you know I've put some photos on of your site Royal Dream,I was originally under the Impression that they are simply show homes, how ever when I was in them last week I commented on the choice of tiles, put my foot in it a bit saying who in their right mind would choose the tiles like this, well she said the client did,you mean these are actually someones homes I said, to which she said yes, have you heard that this is the case cause it was news to me.I understand that all show homes are eventually sold,but these have been built specificly for some one to their taste,any thoughts?

I wonder what tiles they were ? maybe the same as mine ? you never know!!!

Well you all know me by now !!!! anyone who wants to see the inside photos only has to ask and I can post them,I have 406 various TH and Macarena photos and video which Im tryng to work out how to put on here, much more interesting than the web cam.Anyway a big thank you to the members who are keeping this site going dont forget to check what the spanish are saying on their site after all it was them that slipped it out about the so called free car.

Well Dave, I don't really know the answer to that one.  On checking the plans yes, the houses are there.  However, Darren and I also raised the same question.  Surely the show homes are built to show people what they are like, but they sell them after, once the development is completed.

Also, if they are already sold, surely, once they are completed, I would want to move in at once, wouldn't anyone? so I can't really answer the question.  I will find out though and let you know.

Also thanks for all the info and photos you have posted, it's great to hear things are progressing.  Just hope RD isn't too far behind now.  Approx 4 weeks to start building apparently.

Would love to see the inside of the casa Maca's when you have time!!!  Pleeeeeeese!

Hi Chris i have sent you the photos by a private message also note the kitchen layout has altered from the older Macarenas it now has a proper built in space for the American style double door fridge freezer its layout seems to have a more practical feel about it .
