I for one I still in the same situation I was 2 years ago when I paid the deposit, the only sad different is that I have not got my money anymore. There still nothing being done and who knows if any contract has yet been obtained. I do not believe a word from this developer anymore. All I have got from my money is promises just like the very first day.
People only complain if there is a problem, no one to complain just for the fun of it.
This is my hard work money and I have the right to say how I feel about someone having it for no interest whatsoever.
The thing is, if there were one of us who owes money to the developer after completion, that person will have to pay monthly charge because that is what the contract says.
The contract is there for a purpose and both parties should comply with it. If after completion, there is something wrong with the property, of course we will still have to complain. When you pay thousands to someone you expect them to get things right.
I do not called this situation fun, anyone who things that people should not complain can give us our deposit back and then there will be no more complains but praise.
