IS MY POA STILL VALID??

Hi i have been up to Trampolin today and it was most encouraging. A lot of activity and it looks like things are starting to take shape. I was told that all licences are now in place and i will be able to have copies of them by late next week. I have a villa Sevilla on phase 1 plot no 024 and have picked all my tiles and kitchen cupboards etc and the location of my villa on the plot

that sounds encouraging, has much building started yet, can anyone ask for copies of licence or does it have to be solictor,

i know spanish builders are very quick when i called them last week they said phase 1 should be completed in 6 months, but those that have bank guarentees that expire before this time i wonder what they will do, do you have any ideas
